THE FOREGOING RATES ARE A MINIMUM CHARGE.  Extraordinary circumstances or
risk may necessitate additional charges to be based on a case by case
basis, (i.e. large commercial transactions, "for sale by owners," etc.),
at an hourly rate of $200 or by number of documents prepared at the rate
of $35 each as may be appropriate to the transaction. Salt Lake Title & Escrow
Company reserves the right to revise the above rates without prior notice or
posting on this site.
