Each document must
1. Be an original or copy certified by a public office of record.
2. Contain a legible, legal description of property situated in Salt Lake
County, Utah.
3. Contain original signature(s)of grantor(s).
4. Have a orginal notary public acknowledgement including signature and
seal.
5. If the document is a deed, the grantees address or the trustee for a
trust must be included.
Note: The Recorder's Office stamp is customarily placed in the upper right
hand corner of the first page of the document; the stamp is 3 inches
wide by 1 3/4 inches high.
